What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We currently ship anywhere in the United States.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not currently ship internationally, but if you wish we did just reach out to contact@theballfoods.com and we will see what we can do.

Are your products gluten free?

Yes. Not only are our products gluten free, but they are also Whole30 compliant. This means that they are also free of peanuts, dairy, refined sugar, and any preservatives. We also avoid plastic packaging as much as possible and give all out going packages a big hug before we put them in the mail.

NOTE: We are not yet “approved” by the Whole30 organization, but we are compliant within their rules.

Why are your products Whole30 compliant?

Great question. The Whole30 method breaks everything down to the basics removing all the common food items that keep us from feeling our best. We like that. We want our products to not only taste great, but make people feel good.

How do I order wholesale?

What food is Ball Rub good with?

Pretty much everything. We continue to test it on new dishes but so far we have tested it on eggs, steak, lamb, pork, boiled crawfish, oysters, meatballs, soup, baked or steamed vegetables, dips, and more. Is Ball Foods a suggestive brand?

No, and we are offended you would ask that.

Why did my rub come in a box with the label of another brand?

We love the environment. Here at Ball Foods, we find that we always seem to have more boxes then we know what to do with, so instead of leaving it to the city to do the recycling we pay it forward to you and we encourage you to do the same. We do not just care about what we put in our bodies but the environment around them. We ensure the packaging was not damaged before using.

What is the shelf life of Ball Foods?

We are providing fresh spices. Once you open the bottle they become less and less fresh. We recommend replacing your Ball Foods spice every six months to maintain the freshest of the fresh experience when treating your food with flavor love.

Can I buy this in a store?

Please check out our Stocklist section on the website for existing and coming soon locations to buy Ball Foods products both online and in stores. If you don’t see “Stocklist” any where on our website it’s because there is nothing to put there yet.
